Celebrations Ceases With Desperation

Here Are The Three Pictures I Submitted For This Year's Canon Photo Marathon

* Re Edited *

Theme 1 : Eyes On EOS
So Basically.. This Shot Was A Flook

Initially I Planned To Do A Reflection Shot Of Myself With This Camera Strap
So I Went To This Abandoned School Called The "Shih Chung High School" Hoping To Get My Shot..
And Like All Abandoned Buildings , It Was Apparently Haunted
But To Me The Building Was Spectacularly Beautiful.. Didn't And Still Don't Know Why

So When I Got There,
I Just Stood In Front Of The Building Hoping That There Would Somehow Be A Big Reflection Piece Like A Mirror Or Something
Sadly There Wasn't..
And I Then Ended Up Stoning For Quite Some Time Cause I Didn't Dare Enter The Building Alone

=X

My Dad Did Try Helping By Suggesting Some Ideas..
But I Guess I Was Always Over Thinking The Theme

I Shall Upload Some Shots I Took Of Him When We Tried His Ideas Out

So After 30 Minutes Of Stoning
I Noticed This Little Bug On The Floor =D
So Tadaaaa, Took Quite A Number Of Shots Of It
It Tried Running Away
And I Was Basically Torturing It =X
Always Pulling It Back So That I Could Take Shots Of It

So In The End I Got This Shot Which I Submitted
It Was Spontaneous But I Like It =)

Theme 2 : Humanity ( Picture Majorly Edited Due To Privacy Reasons )
The 2nd Picture Was The 1 I Was Most Happy Of

Initially I Wanted To Take Pics Of Monks Praying
And My Dad Wanted Me To Take Pics Of Normal People Praying

But I Figured That It Would Be Too Common
And Since On That Day Itself There Was A Celebration Of The 9th Emperor Of Something Like That
That Type Of Shot Would Be Even More Common

So We Then Just Decided To Go To A Siamese Temple And Venture Around
And So I Saw These "Reserved Spots"

Hmm.. My Interpretation To This Theme Was Basically
To Every Life , There's Death
What Matters Most Is What Happens In Between And How We Make The Best Out Of It

So We Gotto Cherish This Priceless Gift From God =)

Theme 3 : Delicious
For This Shot
I Guess I Picked The Wrong Model

My Interpretation Of Delicious Was To Find A Rugged Looking Homeless Person Eating A Piece Of Plain Bread Which Although Looks Horribly Plain To Us, It Was Truly Delicious To Him/Her

I Saw This Lady The Night Before Along Penang Drive By The Alley
But It Was Quite Dark So I Couldn't See How She Looked Clearly

So On The Day Of The Competition Itself
I Asked My Dad To Bring Me Back There To The Alley

And Weirdly o.o She Looked Pretty Clean And Well Nourished And All o.o
But Yea, After I Took This Shot
I Still Wasn't Truly Satisfied
But Owing To My Condition

I Couldn't Go On Anymore
The Headache Killed Me

If Only I Had A Better Model

Nonetheless I'm Grateful She Willingly Allowed Me To Take Pics Of Her =)
